Welcome to Hotel Living Suites, your home away from home in Nærum. Enjoy our comfortable apartments and modern facilities, while we do our best to make your feel welcome. Experience comfort and homeliness with us.

Saturday and Sunday: 9 am – 3 pm

Arrival and departure

Check-in: from 2 pm

Check-out: no later than 10 am

Living Suites is an Apartment Hotel that often houses guests on longer stays, but are you here on a shorter stay, we will make sure you receive the same warm welcome. You can meet our reception team in our opening hours and should you arrive outside office hours, we can arrange a quick self check-in for you.

In case of an emergency, we’re always just a phone call away on our emergency number that you will find at the main entrance and on the reception desk.

Permission to register your address

If you plan to stay with us for 30+ nights, you can register your address at the hotel. Please contact the municipality to receive a registration form. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact us.

Room facilities

All apartments have a fully equipped kitchen, double bed with a quality mattress, modern bathroom with shower, large windows, large furnished balcony, wardrobe and a 40″ flatscreen connected to Apple TV. Our apartments also have coffee- and tea facilities.

High Speed Wi-Fi

We offer high speed 250 Mbit WiFi connection all over the hotel. That means you can easily work from home and stream entertainment online without problems.

Cleaning

For stays of 8 nights or more we offer weekly cleaning. Our housekeeping will clean all surfaces and change linen and towels. For easy access, we expect the room to be tidy. If you stay for a shorter period and you want us to clean, you can order cleaning at 400 DKK in the reception. You can also ask for clean towels at the front desk, if you need it during your stay.

Fitness Center

While staying at Living Suites, you have free access to SATS fitness center, which is just across the street from the hotel. Just show your hotel key at the SATS reception and they will let you in. Remember to bring a towel.

Parking

We have free parking in front of the hotel that you’re more than welcome to use. If you prefer, we offer secure parking in our courtyard, and if you book direct on our website, it is included in the price of your stay. If you book through third parties, the price is 100 DKK per night.

The Hotel Facilities

We have laundry facilities available and a large common kitchen on the ground floor. Here you will also find our Living Room with pool table, table tennis and darts. Outside the lobby, we have a gas grill as well as a petanque court that you’re more than welcome to use. Inside the lobby, you will find our beverages bar. Cold water is free and our selection of coffee/tea/hot chocolate costs only 10 DKK.

Additional services during your stay

Laundry

You will find our modern washing machines and tumble dryers on the ground floor. One wash costs 30 DKK and the tumble dryers are free. Irons and ironing boards are available on every floor as well as in the laundry room.

The laundry room is open 24 hours.

Bike rental

We offer bike rental on daily, weekly or monthly basis. One day cost 100 DKK, 350 DKK for one week and 750 DKK for a month. Rental is after availability and you can chose our popular e-bikes or our Jopo bikes. All bikes have locks and lights. Helmets can be provided.
